Wow! It is hard to believe we have been in school a month. You all have been working so hard in class. I find something to be proud of every day!
It was so exciting to see your parents at our Open House on Sept. 2. Make sure you checked the quiz they took that night. Please send in permission slips and donation for the Cato field trips...These were passed out at Open House, and sent home with your child the next day if you were not there.
***Here are a few reminders and dates as you are planning the rest of the month....
**There is a Target Informational/Breakfast meeting in the media center on Sept. 15th at 9:00. All parents are welcome to attend. The Target teachers can explain to you what Target is all about and how your child becomes elligible for this service.
*Sept 20-24 is Fall Break. No school during this week. Enjoy time with your family and friends!
*Sept. 27- Visit from Cato-"Under Your Feet" - in our classroom.
**Sept 29-Oct. 1- COGAT testing in our classroom.
Oct. 4-8- IOWA testing in our classroom.
(Please make every effort to be present for the testing block, so you don't have to take make-ups.)
*Looking forward to the next few weeks of learning in the classroom.
Hammy is doing well. Thanks to all who have had her visit in your home. Chris will take her home over the holiday. Thanks, Chris! We will continue to rotate the visits after the break.
Remember to get your agenda signed daily and bring your papers back signed before the following Thursday.
If you read this blog draw an apple in the signature box of your agenda.
Have a great day!
